JoinList is a software platform that helps users create waitlists, collect signups, qualify leads, and manage subscriber information.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, password hash, country or region, billing details, workspace data, waitlist content, form responses, analytics data, IP address, browser information, device information, usage activity, and session data.

Subscriber data

People who submit information through a waitlist are submitting that information to the waitlist owner. JoinList provides the software used to collect and store that information, but the waitlist owner is responsible for how they use, contact, manage, or export their subscribers.

JoinList does not control how users communicate with subscribers after information is collected. Users are responsible for obtaining any required consent and complying with applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, detect abuse, improve reliability, and secure the platform.

We may add cookie consent controls where required by law.

How we use information

We use information to operate JoinList, authenticate users, process billing, send transactional emails, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the product, and monitor platform performance and security.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

We retain account, workspace, waitlist, subscriber, billing, and usage data as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
