Agreement

By accessing or using JoinList, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Description of service

JoinList provides software tools for creating waitlists, collecting signups, building qualification forms, scoring leads, exporting data, viewing analytics, and connecting custom domains.

JoinList is a software platform only. We do not manage, approve, supervise, or control how users communicate with people whose information they collect.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for your account, your waitlists, your forms, your subscriber data, and any communications you send to subscribers.

You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, marketing, consent, data protection, and anti-spam laws.

Subscriber data and communications

People who submit information through a waitlist are submitting that information to the waitlist owner. JoinList provides the software used to collect and store that information.

We are not responsible for how users contact, email, export, process, or otherwise use subscriber information after it is collected.

JoinList does not promote spam, abusive outreach, deceptive data collection, phishing, or unlawful communications.

Prohibited activities

You may not use JoinList for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, unlawful data collection, deceptive campaigns, harassment, or activity that interferes with the platform or violates applicable law.

Billing and subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Failed, canceled, revoked, or unpaid subscriptions may result in loss of access to paid features.

Custom domains

Users are responsible for domain ownership, DNS configuration, and maintaining access to connected domains. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of custom domains.

Platform availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but JoinList may be modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Intellectual property

JoinList, its software, branding, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors. Users retain ownership of the content and data they submit to the platform.

Disclaimer

JoinList is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, lead quality, conversion rates, or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoinList and its owners, contractors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, data loss, or consequences arising from how users handle subscriber data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the platform, or use the service for prohibited activity.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
